Our beginnings
Christ Family Fellowship started September 4, 2015 by a group of people that felt called to start a church plant. CFF believes in making a difference in the church & also in our community. Our priorities are in our name. Christ first then family followed by fellowship. It can be seen in our church ministeries night the whole family meets on Wensday night. Mens Womens College and Kids. 6:30 to 8:00 pm. It is our sincere desire that all our members are active in a bible study and or ministery weekly.

What we believe
ARTICLE I. - STATEMENT OF FAITH
1.1.1 God the Father
We believe in one God who is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three equally divine Persons; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He is worthy of and we owe all glory, love, and praise to Him. Genesis 1:1, 26, 27; 2:7; Psalm 90:2; Matthew 28:19; John 4:24; 17:1-8; Ephesians 4:6; Colossians 1:15-16; Hebrews 11:6.
1.1.2 God the Son
We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. He is both fully God and fully man. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. Jesus lived a perfect sinless life and gave Himself over as a perfect sacrifice for the atonement of sin. After three days in the grave He arose from the dead, conquering both sin and death. He ascended into Heaven where He sits at God’s right hand and will return again to earth to reign as King of kings and Lord of lords. Matthew 1:22-23; Isaiah 9:6; John 1:1-5; 14:10-30; Hebrews 4:14-15; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; Romans 1:3-4; Acts 1:9-11; 1 Timothy 6:14-15; Titus 2:13.
1.1.3 God the Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Trinity. He regenerates, indwells, and seals all true believers who have put their faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior at the moment of their salvation. He empowers believers to live according to God’s standards and equips them with the ability for understanding spiritual truths. The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness and judgment. It is by the Holy Spirit that the believer receives God’s sovereignly distributed gifts. 2 Corinthians 3:17; John 16:7-13; 14:16-17; Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 2:12; 3:16; Ephesians 1:13; Galatians 5:25; Ephesians 5:18.
1.2 The Bible
We believe the Bible is God’s holy and inspired word and is without error. The Bible was written by man under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme standard of truth and is God’s source of all doctrine, instruction, correction, and reproof. Under the guidance and power of the Holy Spirit the Bible is the believers only needed source for instruction on Godliness and practical Christian conduct. 2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20-21; 2 Timothy 1:13; Psalm 119:105, 160, 12:6; Proverbs 30:5.
1.3 Salvation
We believe that salvation is a gift from God to man and is by faith and not works. Salvation is found only in Jesus Christ as one accepts Him by faith as their personal Lord and Savior. Regeneration of the believer begins the moment one accepts Jesus Christ into their life by faith. Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8-9; John 14:6, 1:12; Titus 3:5; Galatians 3:26; Romans 5:1, 10:9-10, 13; 2 Corinthians 5:17.
1.4 Mankind
We believe that man is made in the image of God. He is the pinnacle of God’s creation. Although man has tremendous potential for good, man is separated from God, and is corrupted in every aspect of his being (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual). Apart from God’s gracious intervention, man is condemned finally and forever to death because of his sin. Genesis 1:27; Psalm 8:3-6; Isaiah 53:6, 59:1-2; Romans 3:23
1.5 Eternity
We believe that man was created eternal. He will either exist eternally separated from God by sin in hell; or in union with God through forgiveness and salvation in heaven. John 3:16; 1 John 2:25, 5:11-13; Romans 6:23; Revelation 20:15
1.6 Eternal Security
We believe that a believer in Christ is secure in their salvation for eternity. The believer’s salvation is maintained by the grace and power of God and not by the self-effort of the believer. Since it is God who gives eternal life through Jesus Christ and seals the believer by the Holy Spirit, security of the believer is found in God’s grace and keeping power. John 10:29; 2 Timothy 1:12; Hebrews 7:25, 10:10-14; 1 Peter 1:3-5
1.7 The Church
We believe the church is the body of Christ with Jesus as the head. The church body is composed of all who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. The church is not identified with any one group or denomination. The Church’s particular form and external manifestations may vary, but its’ internal nature and essence is eternal and not subject to change and variation. 1. The mission of the church is to expand the Kingdom of God by going forth and making disciples of all nations. 2. The church is governed by the five-fold ministry of Ephesians 4 and the elders. 3. Church policy is a balance between Eldership authority and congregational; emphasizing the final authority of the church leadership. 4. The pastoral staff and the Elders, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, serve as the guiding element of the church. They are supported and served by the deacons and other ministers. 5. The specifics of congregational requirements are set forth in the church by-laws of Christ Family Fellowship and affirm the proper place of a member’s participation within the framework of the oversight of the church leadership. Romans 12:4; 1 Corinthians 12:13, 12:27; Ephesians 1:22, 4:11-12; Galatians 3:28; Matthew 28:20.
.8 Baptism and the Lord’s Supper
We believe that baptism and the Lord’s Supper are ordained by the Lord Jesus Himself. 1. Baptism is a public affirmation of faith of what God has done in the believer’s life. It is a testimony that the person belongs to Jesus Christ. We hold that baptism is for any person who is at an age of accountability and who chooses to follow Jesus Christ and has accepted Him as Lord and Savior. We believe the mode should be by immersion and done in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. 2. The Lord’s Supper is done in remembrance of the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ for our atonement. By participating in the Lord’s Supper we take the time to honor and glorify Christ for His sacrifice and humbly recognize it is by His grace and love we are forgiven. Romans 6:3-4; Colossians 2:12; 1 Peter 3:21; Mark 16:16; Matthew 26:26-29, 28:19; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26.
1.9 Eschatology (the doctrine of end times)
We believe in the personal, glorious second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ with His holy angels. He will exercise His role as final judge, and His kingdom will be consummated. We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saints and unbelievers. The eternal status of both is determined by their relationship with Jesus Christ. We affirm that God will create a new heaven and new earth with all sin and its effects banished forever. Matthew 24:27, 29-31, 36-44; 25:31-46; Romans 14:10; 2 Corinthians 5:10; Hebrews 9:27; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-17; 1 Thessalonians 5:2; Revelation 1:7-8; 19:11-16; 20:11-15; 21:1-8; Daniel 7:9-14.
1.10 Marriage, Gender, and Sexuality
We believe that the term “marriage” has only one meaning: the uniting of one man (biologically born) and one woman (biologically born) in a single, exclusive union, as defined in Scripture. We believe that God wonderfully and immutably creates each person as male or female. These two distinct, complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God. Rejection of one’s biological sex is a rejection of the image of God within that person. We believe that God intends sexual intimacy to occur only between a man and a woman who are married to each other. We believe that God has commanded that no intimate sexual activity is to be engaged in outside of a marriage between a man and a woman. We believe that any form of sexual immorality (including adultery, fornication, homosexual behavior, bisexual conduct, bestiality, incest, and use of pornography) is sinful and offensive to God. We believe that in order to preserve the function and integrity of Christ Family Fellowship as the local Body of Christ, and to provide a Biblical role model to the Christ Family Fellowship members and the community, it is imperative that all persons employed by Christ Family Fellowship in any capacity, or who serve as volunteers, agree to and abide by the Statement on Marriage, Gender, and Sexuality. We believe that God offers redemption and restoration to all who confess and forsake their sin, seeking His mercy and forgiveness through Jesus Christ. We believe that every person must be afforded compassion, love, kindness, respect, and dignity. Hateful and harassing behavior or attitudes directed toward any individual are to be renounced and are not in accord with Scripture nor the doctrines of Christ Family Fellowship. Gen. 1:26-27, 2:18-25; Matt. 5:16, 15:18-20; Mark 12:28-31; Luke 6:31; 1 Cor. 6:9-11, 18, 7:2-5; Heb. 13:4; Phil. 2:14-16; 1 Thess. 5:22; Acts 3:19-21; Rom. 10:9-10;
1.11 Sanctity of Human Life
We believe that all human life is sacred and created by God in His image. Human life is of immeasurable worth in all its dimensions, including pre-born babies, the aged, the physically or mentally challenged, and every other stage or condition from conception through natural death. We are therefore called to defend, protect, and value all human life. Gen. 1:26-27; Ps. 139:13-16
1.12 Final Authority for Matters of Belief and Conduct
The Statement of Faith does not exhaust the extent of the beliefs of Christ Family Fellowship. The Bible itself, as the inspired and infallible word of God that speaks with final authority concerning truth, morality, and the proper conduct of mankind, is the sole and final source of all that we believe. For purposes of Christ Family Fellowship’s faith, doctrine, practice, policy, and discipline, our Board of Elders is Christ Family Fellowship’s final authority on the Bible’s meaning and application.
